New rule change?

FIFA are thinking about making it compulsory for teams to only name under 21 players from the country of the league (our case England).

Is this a good idea?

Could be a good idea, but it leaves teams with a problem when it comes to foreigners that are already at the club, what do they do with them if they are 18? Can they really stick a possibly class player in the reserves for 3 years?

The rule I would like to see changed is the offside rule. For me, we need to see a return to the old rule of offside being offside, regardless of who is interfering in play. The amount of times key moments in a match have been turned their head by a dispute over who is interfering is ridiculous.

Apparently there is a lot of exploitation of young players often from places like Africa. Such a rule might help eradicate that. Haven't read enough about the problem to comment further.
