I purchased karaokie video compact discs and extracted the audio from it with TMPGENC version Beta 12H. However, when the vcd and the audio thats extracted into an mp3 file is played in STEREO sound, the vocals come from the right and can be faintly heard. Is there any audio editor that I can use to make the vocals equally distributed to the left and right while keeping the stereo sound?

You may need to use the "Demux" function under "MPEG Tools".
