Is there any machine which can cut the files of Avi,Wmv and Asf.Like for an example,I would only like to keep certain part in my either Avi,Wmv or Asf file.Plese Please tell me.This question has being troubling me for a pretty long time.Thanks:)

Just go to the google.com is a very power full search engine and type virtual dub and select a place to download the program do the same for tmpgenc! Easy no!?

Yet the mentioned utilities could only handle avi and mpg depending on codecs installed. How about wmv and asf? Cheers.

Hi For asf files and wmv files,you use the same tool call Windows Media ASF Indexer.Opps forget something,convert wmv files to asf files (it is perfectly okay)before using the Windows Media ASF Indexer.Go to google.com to search for the Windows Media ASF Indexer.If you have problems finding that,I can sent it to you through your e-mail.Hope I help.Bye Bye=)

From Natalie: About your first question.You don't need any tool to convert wmv to asf.You just convert it.Okay let me give you an example.Pretend that you have this file call superman.wmv then you just left click on that media and you see several options like play,open blah blah blah.The click on the rename and type this superman.asf.It is perfectly safe to do this. Mmmmmmmmmm then to your second question.Well I have no idea what kind of fixing tool to use.Maybe you should try asking someone else,cause I really have no idea.
