I'll be going to the match if I can get a ticket...

I probably will, after all I won't be able to make the match so it's a good option for someone in my position.

If I can get a couple of fellow Toonis round it'll get the cost down too!

Yep... I'll have about 10 folk round so that's only a quid each.

Anybody in the Pwburn area is most welcome to call round..............:-(

....with a missing "o"

Wonder if that means it will also be broadcast overseas? We usually just get the regular 4pm Sky match. Haven't seen any mention of US television coverage for next season on the usual sites, yet. Fingers crossed Setanta will find some way to gouge the fans show it!

It's bound to be on in a boozah, I'll spend the cash on beer instead.

I'll probably get it with a few friends round or something like that.

I wouldn't not be able to get it if you know what I mean, knowing that we were live.

Ciara-------I've emailed setanta about what the scoop is, hopefully they should get back to me today. Just my luck since the liverpool game is on when I am in LA heading west.

Let me know if you hear anything. I'm really hoping those matches are on home ppv. Getting to DC by 9am on a Sunday morning is not my idea of a good time(considering it's an accomplishment just to get out of bed by 9a on a Sunday morning!).

BTW, apparently our home matches against Liverpool and Spurs will also be Sunday ppvs. :-)

That's right, I'll be on the west coast for the liverpool one so I'll have to be up for it by 7am. Makes me tired just thinking about it.

Looking at the 11 fixtures anounced, it seems like they are targeting the bigger clubs with high attendances, until you see thew likes of Dery away and Charlton Away. How many are gonna subscribe to those fixtures?

Sky could be onto a good little earner and the fans , if they get together could get to see a lot more of their team for a relatively small amount. I for instance reackon I can biuld a comfortable 32 seater stadium in my front room.

well complete boll*cks!! Just seen it's moved to the Sunday and I'm on the bike to Brittany to pick up me lad. Double b*ll*cks.... Now the key question: Sky's live games are repeated during the week. Will the ppv games be repeated free?
