I created three CD-R's of photos from vacation. When I play them in my DVD player I get a BW picture that rolls. Any ideas on fixing this?

DVD = Philips 825 (9.28 FW) Software = Nero 5.5.2.4 (registered) TV = Phillips (USA) VCD#1 = NTSC format VCD#2 = PAL format SVCD#3 = NTSC format
