Any of you got your new handles (to hide from your putrid pre-y2k behaviour) but still "tune in"?

???

I had never even heard of those people when I was there. Those stupid forum notificiations always caused delays for EVERY DAMN POST. With the amount of traffic going on at TB2K, there was no possible way those posts were going to real mailboxes. They would have filled up in a single day. If I had known then what I know now, I would have deleted all of those stupid notifications myself.

Looks like spam to me. Kiss your isp goodby if I get any nasty asshole email.

Its kinda a hobby now, since i dont have y2k to worry about i fuck over spammers and get thier accts and the uplinks yanked.

Laugh away... but i got over 234 accts suspended so far.

Wanna try your luck?

They're probably all out leading useful lives: refinishing furniture, traveling, painting pictures, doing volunteer work, learning how to make pottery, home-brewing, playing with their kids, who knows what great activities they're involved in? We know they're not sitting there, stewing in their own malodorous juices, dredging up shit nobody cares about any more.

Helen, that was a good rice recipe. Got any more easy ones like that?

As opposed to people like you sitting there, stewing in your own malodorous juices, reading shit nobody cares about any more.

2001 ANONS-TO-A FEW REAL ee's

"As opposed to people like you sitting there, stewing in your own malodorous juices, reading shit nobody cares about any more."

True, true, so very true. So why do we even stop in here? I stopped in for a laugh, but didn't get one. Looks like LL is still posting names and trying to figure out who's who.

Hey, all I do is drop in here for a brief few minutes, scan this shit, and tap a witty riposte or two--which takes only minutes because I have a quick mind. You have to dig and dredge and mull and cut and paste. Which of these two activities takes longer, huh?

-- Things don't (change much@here.do.they), June 29, 2001.

Hard to say. One thing's for sure, though.

You're still here.

-- (One@WhoWas.There), June 29, 2001.

I was here pre Y2K, I'm still here. But I don't recognise any of the names on these lists.

-- Malcolm Taylor (taylorm@es.co.nz), July 02, 2001.

Only one's I recognize are EOD2000 (our own lil' goldbug andy) and rmangus. The others must not have posted much.

Deano

-- Deano (deano@luvthebeach.com), July 03, 2001.

ACtually, these were the real addys for the doomer anons. I recognise about 3/4 of them. Check the archives (pre-99) and you will be able to match the writing styles of most posters to handles.

LOOKS:

Oooh you are scary. I AM my ISP. Try and get my account cancelled.
