I had never even heard of those people when I was there. Those stupid forum notificiations always caused delays for EVERY DAMN POST. With the amount of traffic going on at TB2K, there was no possible way those posts were going to real mailboxes. They would have filled up in a single day. If I had known then what I know now, I would have deleted all of those stupid notifications myself.

ACtually, these were the real addys for the doomer anons. I recognise about 3/4 of them. Check the archives (pre-99) and you will be able to match the writing styles of most posters to handles.
