book title

I would like to knew the title of the book he wrote " for the bell that toles may be thee own"? And if he didn't qoute that,who did?and the title of the book?

Poe only wrote two full length books( Eureka and The Narrative of A. Gordon Pym) neither of which has that quote, I believe. It sounds like Donne's famous sonnet, "No man is an island" which contains several famous movie titles(For whom the bell Tolls). Poe's poem the Bells is not even close. His humoresque story about a devil in a clocktower? In that case it would be a joking reference.
