Just reporting in to let you all know that I haven`t been abducted by aliens or anything.

Been busy building outside catteries and settling in two new babies (four-legged). Trying oh so very hard to get some semblence of order back in my life, what with one thing and another. Seem to be finally sort of back on track...phew!

Been checking the BBS as and when I have a spare moment, but just haven`t had time to comment on the new signings etc. Not likely to set the world on fire, but I guess I will settle for a basically young team (with the odd oldhand for stability). Enthusiasm and a will to win would be a refreshing thought for next season, and as long as they are men enough to keep us in the premier division, I think we might see a promising team developing.

I did so want to see just one really spectacular signing though...something to really whet the appetite.....oh well.

Would love to get up for the curry night tomorrow...but as usual I am having to pass yet again. Love to everyone though.

BTW, I don`t seem to have seen any postings from Pit Bill. Have I just missed them when I`ve been skimming through?

One or two new contributors on here did I see? Well hello, and welcome.(:o)

Welcome back Galaxy - missed you through all the gloom & despondency.
Screacher has also been largely missing due to his house move back to God's county.
I've also noticed Pit Bill has been missing recently. He may have been away on holiday, but maybe I'll send him an e-mail to see what's up.
We need to get everyone back in the saddle with pre-season training starting next week - oh dear!

Good evening Mr Clark, and it's none of your business that me being missing coincides with Galaxy being missing at the same time.

This is courtesy of my makem local cos I've been "incognito" for 3 weeks. I've got nee access from home, so e-mails are nee good either.

It's a bit worrying if Doug's post about 18000 non renewals is anywhere near, but the club don't seem that bothered, so why should we be ? Anyway, it's hoyin oot time, so see youse.
