In need some video codec to make real time capture from my VCR , i used virtual dub with huffyuv compresion , but the file is to big , i have AMD Duron 750,128/133 SDram,Hauppauge WinTV Tuner, were i can downloaded this kind of codec to make more compress file ? Thanks

Pegasus Picvideo mjpeg codec: download: www.jpg.com (time-limited - not really for free!). Its very fast, but adds some noise, so postprocessing (divx v4.0, or wme v8) will produce little bigger files than after huffyuv. -> try highest encoding quality possible. I had good results reducing noise with "temporal smoothness" filter in virtualdub after capture.
