Would You Mind If I Bring A Range War Out Here From Another Forum

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Unk's Wild Wild West : One Thread

Since this is a no holds barred kind of place I was wondering if I could bring a war out here, I belong to a divorce forum and theres a troll out there who just doesn't get it, don't screw with me, so the only way for me to chew this bitch up is to get her out of her safe haven with many supporters.

Would you mind?

I would mind. But no one minds that I mind. And I don't mind that no one minds that I mind. Freedom can do that to you.

-- helen (this_a_real_address@yahoo.com), June 27, 2001.

Abby, what if she is from here?

So, what's the address for the forum?

-- confused (what@who.me), June 27, 2001.

I say "Let's get it on!" Pull her hair and slap her!

-- KoFE (your@town.USSA), June 27, 2001.

So how are you gonna get her out here? And her supporters, are they athletic?

-- helen (this_a_real_address@yahoo.com), June 27, 2001.

Hey KoFE! Go get Carlos! Tell him we got a show for him so he won't be bored any more. I'll make coffee.

-- helen (this_a_real_address@yahoo.com), June 27, 2001.

Helen, remember what Dan Quayle said: A mind is a terrible thing to lose.

-- Anybody (seen@my.mind?), June 27, 2001.

I thought he said a waist was a terrible thing to mind.

Coffee's ready. Popcorn nearly finished. Where's the war?

-- helen (this_a_real_address@yahoo.com), June 27, 2001.

Abby, what if you are out of your safe haven and your supporters? We may have to critique your loopy paranoia too. You up for it?

Hey, we'd love to hear how the evil Illuminati New World Order is affecting divorces. Go for it. We'll be firm, but fair. Or at least one out of two ain't bad.

-- what's sauce for the goose (sauce4goose@take.agander), June 27, 2001.

Helen, your posts get more amusing every day. [I'm actually glad that someone else noticed that Carlos enjoys the threads where folks fight over issues. He doesn't enjoy the FIGHTING, but he enjoys WATCHING the fighting.]

Abby: Carlos would LOVE for you to bring your war here. My guess is that the rest of the posters don't care what you do.

-- Anita (Anita_S3@hotmail.com), June 27, 2001.

The guys insist they're firm. We have to take their word for it. The women are all fair. Believe it.

The butter is congealing on cooling popcorn and no sign of a war yet.

-- helen (this_a_real_one@yahoo.com), June 27, 2001.

Sheesh, helen, next time NOT SO MUCH SALT!

-- confused (what@who.me), June 27, 2001.

This has nothing to do with religion or the illuminate or anything other than this bitch is in my face and I want her out of it.

I know I have no friends out here so I'm sure you can take her side all you want, hey she loves it and knows how to play a crowd. I tell it like it is and hate two faced people. Now I will be bringing some support so beware.

I need a objective audience this woman knows nothing about me other than i just got a divorce. she has been divorce for years and comes out to play in a forum where people are hurting.

Come to think of it you guys will probably like her she reeks of - why don't I leave the name calling for later.

Abby

-- Abby Lane (abbylane2001@hotmail.com), June 27, 2001.

I am not going to give the address for the forum where this war is taking place because these folks are like family and helped me through a real difficult time and there are new comers that have been hurt real bad and they don't need this. I know you won't understand but I don't care/

-- Abby Lane (abbylane2001@hotmail.com), June 27, 2001.

Abby, my chins quiver with the hurt you've just dished out for no reason. You wanted to bring us a war and we gave you our holy-hearted support. Now you imply we're nothing but p-p-peanut gallery onlookers. Like that's a bad thing.

-- helen tearfully blows her nose in the artfully arranged cloth napkins (this_a_real_address@yahoo.com), June 27, 2001.

Well, Abby, what you are trying to HERE is very vindictive and unChristian like of you. I asked because I think we have a right to see if we recognize this person you so gracefully call "bitch". Could be a specific troll that some of us would prefer to avoid. So, thanks for not trusting us either. Sorry you're not feeling well, but that's no reason to spread the slime. Besides, what if we side with her point of view?

-- confused (what@who.me), June 27, 2001.

confused, let's just skip the war and go have pie. No salt.

-- helen (this_a_real_address@yahoo.com), June 27, 2001.

So what am I supposed to do with this green bean casserole and this congealed salad?

-- Pot (Lucks@R.Us), June 27, 2001.

Bring it along, Pot. Commence flouncing away.

-- helen (this_a_real_address@yahoo.com), June 27, 2001.

You want I should bring the Miracle Whip for that pie too?

-- Pot (Lucks@R.Us), June 27, 2001.

Yes, and chocolate sauce. Leave nothing behind you but your behind itself.

-- helen (this_a_real_address@yahoo.com), June 27, 2001.

And they always used to say I was a little behind. *Sigh*

-- Pot (Lucks@R.Us), June 27, 2001.

Bring her on ,Abby. You've got support here...

-- Marg (okay@cutaway.com), June 27, 2001.

Would that be Marg im-no-christian-im-a-bitch-instead, or some other Marg?

-- Notta (marg.the@bitch.fan), June 27, 2001.

Ooooh, a cat fight. Oooooh, oooooooh! I love "women in prison" movies.

"I tell it like it is"

Please. You tell it like the paranoid, tinfoil helmet wearing conspiracy kook that you are. Russian troops in the northeast, concentration camps for GI's, UN troops, martial law, bildebergers, masons, mark of the beast and a thousand other patently stupid conspiracy theories that only a dead-fast moron would believe.

"I tell it like it is" What a knee-slapper!

-- Turnip Brain hater (ed@yourdumb.com), June 27, 2001.

I tink I smell a trailer.

-- Marg (okay@cutaway.com), June 27, 2001.

Abby dear, you are most definitely NOT welcome to use this forum as your private cesspool. Just amazing that you think enticing a troll here would accomplish anything of value.

-- don't (bring@her.here), June 27, 2001.

Man I need to turn off the email me with every response thing. Okay I am thinking it over. Not chickening out just thinking it over. You guys would probably like here and I have no friends here, I just wanted a place where her and I could do battle without harming the board we were at, nothing could harm this place.

I will know by tonight, she has not accepted my offer at yet.

Abby

-- Abby Lane (abbylane2001@hotmail.com), June 27, 2001.

This is the funniest thing I have read in a long time. Why don't you battle it out in e-mails? This place does need some jazzing up, but since it's between you and whoever, e-mailing sounds more appropriate. I bet you two will kiss and makeup when its all over.

-- jmtcw (jmtcw@hohum.hum), June 27, 2001.

Maybe but I don't think so she has baited me for two long. Its time for me to leave the other forum, my divorce is over the forum served its purpose, but I just have a feeling it will never help anyone again. Right now she is tripping all over herself because I was able to prove she lied.

Abby

-- Abby Lane (abbylane2001@hotmail.com), June 27, 2001.

Well Abby, you certainly appear to be a well-grounded person. However, it might be a good idea for you to keep your kids away from the bathtub.

-- Telinet (like@it.is), June 27, 2001.

Abby Lane,

If you want a greenspun forum to have a turf war with this other person, why not start your own? It's easy enough to do. Leave these poor people here alone. Better yet, why not invite her to Dennis's forum which is where you really hang your hat. Remember what Dennis asked all of you over there about coming to Unk's WWW and trolling. I somehow doubt that he will like the influx of trolls that your posting this here today may recruit to his forum.

-- (me@home.now), June 27, 2001.

You are absolutly right I will take it to another place. Sorry to have bothered you, it was not right of me to try and bring this person here I apologize.

Abby

-- Abby Lane (abbylane2001@hotmail.com), June 27, 2001.

So, here we all are, talking about whether to talk about something. That very fact says something is wobbly and won't support much weight.

Abby, your hesitation means only one thing: you are arriving here with certain expectations about how you want this to turn out. You want us to pitch in and make something happen, but you can't even spit out what it is you want us to do - just drop hints and sniffle a bit so we will feel sorry.

OK. You've been hurt. That much is established. I am mildly sorry for that, but I had no control over it, so I can't feel responsible. And I can't fix it, so there is nothing for me to do.

In turn, you just have to understand you have no control over any of us, either. Bring your war or don't. Say your say or don't. Ask for our support or don't. What you do is up to you. What I do is up to me.

Make up your mind. What is the worst that could happen? From my perspective the worst would be that your antagonist might get more support here than you do. So? Look at it as a chance to learn something.

I am starting in neutral. I promise to listen, that's all.

Here’s the answer to your prayers Abby. Have this ‘bitch’ lock horns with our own Little Nipper. After a short spell of reading his gibberish and mis-directions, she will commit herself to the nearest mental rehab facility.

-- Telinet (like@it.is), June 27, 2001.

Telinet, would it help if I wrote shorter sentances and used simpler words?

-- Little Nipper (canis@minor.net), June 27, 2001.

It would help if you learned how to spell.

-- Telinet (like@it.is), June 27, 2001.

"It would help if you learned how to spell."

If I ever spell a word so egregiously that you have difficulty deciphering it, ask me what word I meant and I will spell it out for you. I realize some people need to have things spelled out for them more than others.

-- Little Nipper (canis@minor.net), June 27, 2001.

Notta, You asshole,......shall we show them how it is done?

-- Marg (okay@cutaway.com), June 27, 2001.

"After a short spell of reading his gibberish and mis-directions, she will commit herself to the nearest mental rehab facility."

Perhaps that's where Abby's adversary is posting from, a mental rehab. If she's as bitchy as Abby says she is, we all know only one mental case it could be _______________, you fill in the blank.

go for it,

Some of us are Bitchy and proud of it! Got a problem with it?

Your absolutely right, being a bitch is something to be proud of.

Where IS that King of Spain when we need him?

I think a good mud wrestle would settle this. Makes up for all sorts of deficits in social skills.
