The holy grail of VCD creation is now free to download. Just downloaded myself only 2.8 megs now have to find out how to use it. Just think now you can have what all the major VCD companys are using to make there commerical VCD's.

Hey! Thanks. I have been using VideoPack with some success. I have been looking for a better program to use because of some apparent limitations with VideoPack.

Hey! has anyone burned a VCD using VCD toolkit? I found that you build an album, but then what? It gives you a couple of files. what do you do with those files?
