Congratulations to the three Newcastle lads and well done to the Yorkshireman!

Four North East teenagers have been selected for international duty this summer as Brazil and Italy travel to the UK to join England in a three-team tournament. Newcastle United academy trio Neale McDermott, Ross Gardner and Lewis Guy will link up with the England Under-17 squad for the event next month, along with Middlesbrough's Ross Turnbull. The four will all be hoping to make a breakthrough at the Nationwide Under-17 Friendly Tournament, which will be jointly staged at Wigan and Bolton. England take on Italy at the JJB Stadium on July 11 and Brazil four days later at Bolton's Reebok Stadium.
