"Deepak has gained an important concession to get Pady Harveson stump up the cost of flyers for us to distribute to every seat in West2 at the beginning of the season.

The initial idea was to publicise the possibility of swapping seats within West2 by agreement between the 2 parties to move singers away from passives and passives away from singers.

I feel that we should use this opportunity to distribute a newsletter to publicise the whole VFC campaign showing we are big and effective and have the support of the club to make West2 truly a singing end.

The big win was agreement to sell day-tickets to club member singers, the club wants them to register with us so we keep control. This puts at least 350 extra singers in the stand as long as we can find enough. (about 100 registered so far) Singers moving into the stand, the club has been very flexible here and we sponsored 35 and this will probably become a total of 50 including independant applications. Some relocation of singers into bigger groups and creation of new cores of singers, this is being done at the end of renewals when options are clear and I will have the detail on Tuesday.

We can both seek extra members and ask for feedback on anyone wanting to SWAP, beware this has already been hijacked by some who mostly want a better view.

Basically the club have agreed to help get the Stretford back to what "it should be" but they will not make FORCED moves a-la the NUFC board a few years ago. However, they will entertain the notion of seat swaps..into and out of the Stretty by agreed parties who see our flyers and agree to it.
