Yep, it's a fantastic presentation and there are only two possible reactions that I can see. Either the whole Dr. Steven Greer witness list are a bunch of liars/nutcases/dupes, or they are telling us a truth. I personally believe they are telling us a truth, or trying to. It also seems that we, meaning most of those who have seen and heard the presentation, simply don't know what to do. Or, prefer to pretend that it's just a great story, and like any story it can now be shelved as we move on to "more important" things in our daily life.

You get a couple choices to your question about whether or not the witnesses are going to be called before a special congressional investigation, or receive *any* further serious media coverage. Let's start by giving these 100s of witnesses collected by Dr. Greer the benefit of the doubt about their credibility. Because, if we are just going to write them all off as nutcases, no need to even think about the issues they are trying to raise at all.

First choice will presume there is a totally open/honest interest within our traditional government branches. Bush/Cheney, Congress, even the Supreme Court. And it presumes there will be investigative reporters who smell something extraordinary and are then given full permission to pursue it, and print it. In this scenario, the Disclosure Project would now take off and be the catalyst for world wide recognition of the reality of UFOs, ETs, and other such things.

The second choice presumes there is an STS power group that are in charge of creating the "reality" that they wish us to perceive. In that scenario there will be no further investigative work done by any major government or media unless it directly serves the program the STS beings wish to display. In this case we get further ignorance, disinformation, misdirection, and are only allowed to perceive the truth in tiny slices, dished out for specific reasons to serve their agenda. And anyone who attempts to openly change the agenda will be ignored if possible, then ridiculed, stopped, and/or eliminated.

It seems to me that the second choice is what has been going for at least the last 50+ years, since Roswell. But everyone has the option of defining the whole matter any way they please, and believing anything they wish (or hope for) in regard to the data available.

SAR, I believe it was Greer during the Q&A who said he didn't anticipate that anyone in Congress would push the idea of a hearing unless the media picked up on the issues and brought them into the main stream. I only recall a couple fairly minor articles immediately after the press conference, and then nothing. If Greer is right, that means no Congressional hearing is forthcoming.

The testimony I found the most interesting were the ones who pointed to deactivation of the nuclear missiles. (I had already heard this, but on a less legitimate forum.) Maybe iona was right! There will be no nuclear war in the ME because their toys will be disarmed at the last minute! One can hope, at least.

Oh, and I'm pretty sure what's-his-name said they had catalogued 57 species, including several "grays", and many of which were humanoid in form. He added that the scientific community was still grappling with the significance of why there would be other humanoid lifeforms in the universe.

Does anyone know who was the second president (besides Carter) kept in the dark?

Brooks, I think the 2nd Pres. in the dark is Clinton, because he said he wanted to know, but they did tell him...I remember something about Reagan, but can't remember what. (hahaha no pun, I really just can't remember!!!)

I know they Shut down Carter....Carter SAW something himself!

Kennendy supposedly was going to tell what he knew, but was Ass. before he could tell.

Gordon, I think you are right....Service to Self has been what this country is based on, the Kingdom of the Creator is based on Sevice to Others.

From what I can tell, Reagan knew a lot about this subject. He attempted to give hints in a couple of speeches. What might be a better question is just how much other presidents knew. Dubya, for instance, must know a lot. His dad was director of the CIA, then later president. Cheney was involved in DOD information files for a while. I have never heard Dubya say *anything* more about this since he became president, and I don't expect he will. More coverup. When something finally breaks loose, it will stun the common citizen.

Nixon was another President that knew. Do some web searching, as that information USED to be on the web about 8-9 years ago. He had been taken and shown things, and had even talked to Jackie Gleason about what had been shown him. Seems that Jackie Gleason liked the subject as well.
