1) See the Barcelona answer our prayers thread.

2) July 7th is the anticipated date when the new transfer system will be rubber stamped and the strategy on transfers will be clear. Seeing as the club place so much emphasis on this ruling, I am expecting some real movement on both the transfer front and facilities etc.
