Goodman was too wishy washy and we specically asked him to NOT run anticipating this exact scenario. But he was a bit arrogant and insisted on running. This isn't about some power trip but I feel he put his own self-interests in front of the good of the community. If Perry had won, would people still be supporting Goodman?

I was also rather uncomfortable with his description of the people in CARE by suggesting that they weren't too smart and he could manipulate them. Made me feel uncomfortable around him as well as untrusting. And yet he sat with them at basketball games and was buddy-buddy with them. How can you trust him? Can you imagine what he told them about us??

I am also under the belief that he is against special ed inclusion.

That's my 2 cents. Get me applications by Thursday!!! Thanks.

For what it is worth, the SOS fund bank account has been closed and the remaining balance has been donated to the cause. About $130 was given to Tobe for Meg and Tom to bring to file a suit against the board and get an injunction to keep them from interviewing prospective board replacements this Friday. Let's hope this tactic works and cna delay the process until July when the board has a 3-3 vote and a moderate cnadidate can be more easily selected.

Just in case you don't know...the interviews scheduled for board candidiates is NOT going to be held Friday the 15th...There is a stay that was issued by the court at Meg and Tom's request. Monday's meeting is scheduled to go ahead as planned...Be ready for some fast ones ...Meg and tom basically said Marty had no authority to schedule any of this on his own, it's a board decision under state ed law... Dum da dum dum!

The judge (Judge Conners who usually sits in Catskill) will hear "oral arguments" on Monday and decide on the merits of the case.

Keep those applications ready. Tobe
