NPC makes one, and can be found at most large mail order outfits or your pro local shop. It's a bit pricey (about $900US). You can try B&H, Adorama, Calumet...etc.

It is also a bit inconvenient to use with only one body. In order to shoot polaroids you need to remove the back from the camera and install the polaroid back. This means you can't change it mid-roll without exposing film.

Let me add another question to this string- I read that you need to have a 67II body/back hinge modified so the back can be removed if you want to put a polaroid back on. Is this hard? expensive? voids warrantee? Also, aside from not being able to change the back mid-roll, how much of a pain is it? More than swapping the lense, remounting on a tripod, reframing, etc. (say for still-life or landscape) when using two bodies ?
