Who owns abandoned Roanoke River ACL bridge?

Just curious. Who owns the bridge over the Roanoke River on the old ACL Rocky Mount-Pinners Point line (between Norfleets and Kelford)? The line has been abandoned for some years now. This has come up in the context of a rails-to-trails idea. It has a large gear in the center, as I assume it would swing for boat traffic in earlier times.

Well unless the RR (CSX) has sold the property ,I'll wager that CSX still holds title to the land as well as the bridge. A line abandonment does not release the land. If what I state is incorrect, I'm certain that a letter to CSX (Chief Engineer) will clarify the question.
