On another thread you said you were house hunting in the area. Where abouts in the Sunderland area are you looking to move to Screacher?

Actually, I'm thinking of Wark - so if you haven't signed the contract yet Bobby, there's still time to pull out (as the actress said to the bishop).

Is Mr Robson living in Wark?

It's a bit out of the way isn't it?

Aye, it's far enough from North Shields.

Excuse me MR Screacher, There's North Shields (where Clarky lives) and North Shields, (where I live). It's not all derelict, and full of old people, Charva's and crack heads yer knaaa.

So which one of you lives in the part full of crackheeds? ;-))

Now then, now then there's nought wrong with North Shields. "Messis ab altis" is the motto 'Harvest from the deep'. It used to mean fishing and mining but what it means now I really don't know

Don't talk to me about househunting. I thought I'd finished all that mallarkey after putting roots down in Byker (and small children with my poor quality jokes and endless supply of ritalin). It now turns out that she wants to get a place together. Does anyone fancy renting my gaff, as there's no way in hell I'm getting my own way on this issue.....

Sorry Gobbi, I'm looking for something a little "more rural" than Byker..........so I guess my options are unlimited ;-) Wimmin. What would you do with them? (careful with your answer - remember this is a Vicars' teaparty!)
