Go to http://198.209.8.166/sheproom/periodicals/bittersweet/bswtoc.htm and do a keyword search. I know they have some information on how to.

I live in a Mennonite type community, and they grow and cook sorghum here and sell it in the fall. They have a shed where they cook it off and sell to the public. If there is a community of Mennonite's or Amish near you, they may be a great source of info. Also, in Tennessee there is a sorghum grower's association who gives advice and info to grower's. Good Luck!
