Sven-Goran Eriksson

Nowadays the Swedish ppl cheer almost as much as you for your national team, of course beacuse of Sven-Goran Eriksson. I asked a couple of months back what you thought of him. Has it changed? Is he going to get the golden days back to England?

I like him. He has to work with a limited pool of talent so it will be very difficult for him to win a major honour, but I admire his attitude and his calm air of authority. I've also taken to liking England again now that they've moved out of London.

The guy is fine Sudden, probably on hindsight, the right man in the right place at the right time. His asst Turd Grip , looks to be the worrier of the partnership , Sven a Scandnavian Beckenbaur perhaps.

I wanted Eriksson all along.

As soon as his name was mentioned he was the man for the job in my opinion.

I even got into a mass argument with about 6 friends, all of whom wanted an Englishman and I wanted Eriksson. At least I can say "I told you so" to them now.

He's been great so far. It is true that we haven't really played any true classy teams (maybe Spain but that was a friendly). However, you can only beat what is put in front of you, and I'm really confident about the England team at the moment, especially attacking wise. Only worry is at full backs for me. Do Greece have a good pair (of wingers)?

I wanted Eriksson so the FA wouldn't steal Bobby.
