I am surprised it aint be mentioned on here or maybe I am way behind on this one. On the day that Man Utd appear to be relenting in their deals with SAF it has been brought to my attention that our Scouse friend the sharecropper from Sunderland is currently the highest paid manager in the Premier on a salary of 2 million, Saf has been boosted up to 1,8 million for his last year (alledgedly), same as O`Leary while the affable frenchman from the Arse is on 1.6 mill, No talk of Houllier, can oml#3 or sweeper kev give their opinions please. confused of much binding in the marsh.

Reid's is a success based contract and his basic salary will be nowhere near £2million. What they judge as success is another question entirely.

Reid has done a good job for them. Can he sustain it?

I reckon he can sustain their current position...possibly.....not certain he can take them forward.....
