He knows more about online travel agency than most people having experimented with several e-concepts where he was trying to intermediarise a better deal for us consumers in an industry that's notorious for getting regulators etc to write anti-competitive rules or ones that apparently excuse the industry for treating people like sheep. If I recall correctly Ben thinks Orbitz is the first small step towards a better e-agency:
