Websites you may like-Organic Gardeninggreenspun.com : LUSENET : Beyond the Sidewalks : One Thread |
I’ve taken it upon myself to form an organic gardening and general nature nuts club here in my local area. I’ve known that people were out there, somewhere, bc I kept bumping into them here and there, over the last 3 years. But we weren’t connecting up with each other much, so now we’ll have an opportunity to get together at least once a month. We had the first meeting, a picnic and garden tour here on our farm. I enjoyed it, immensely, and met some new nice folks. Everyone seemed to have a really enjoyable time , and many even liked our old “house in progress”. Great group of people. I’m so glad I finally made the time to organize it.
Anyway, here are some organic websites from a handout I made up for our first meeting. Thought I’d share them with you all, as well. If you would, please add your own favorites to this list, for Beyond’s archives:

Ha ha! I was just on your thread, Polly, posting about Garden Web forums! I've mostly looked at the tomatoes forum. Peeked into the composting one too. Not enough hours in the day!

thanks for posting these sharon, I am looking forward to spending some time there if I EVER get my garden in. The mud is sure making things slow but I just keep plugging away.
