I am looking for a great way to build my chest and get washboard abs fast

I am a 15 year old male and I work out but I havnt got the results that I wanted. I am looking for a way to build my chest and get great abs quick but it dosent have to be easy. I just want fast results. Please help me.

Fast? Yeah, what's fast to you? This is what I did when I first started, which - for the sake of showing you speed - was in the month of September (not this year), of which I benched 95 lbs (yeah weak is correct) two months later I was at 150 lbs and then another month I was at 205 lbs and continuing. I bench two times a week, sometimes three. After a short warm up, I'll put on a weight that I know I can only do a short amount of times, if it's your first, make it so you can only do three reps. After that set, do your normal sets of whatever. Next time you go to bench, warm up, do your set trying to get one more rep than before. This time you should push it until you get four reps. If you can't don't worry, just do the rest of your normal workout. Next time, you'll push it. Keep doing this until you can get at least 5 reps. Now it's time to go up 5lbs. You'll be surprised how fast you'll go up in weight. BUT! Make sure you do you're normal sets after your test set. Also, after a couple of months, change up your workout, then go back to this after a month or so. Good luck, make sure you do push ups to get definition.
