Hi,

Is there a battery pack available as an option for the EOS 10? Thanks

Don't believe so. There was an optional grip extension, but it didn't have any provision for power.

There have been any number of people that have modified the Canon BP- 5 (uses 4 D cells & a coiled connector cord) to provide a power pack for many EOS cameras that don't have them. The result is a power pack that you carry on your belt or in a pocket. This can keep the batteries warm in cold conditions, but otherwise is a hassle to use.

Hi, I believe the only thing you can attach to the bottom of the EOS 10 is the GR60 grip. It does not have any provision for a battery. Guess we EOS 10 users are stuck with the 2CR5 Battery. The lack of a AA battery pack is why I prefer the EOS 88 (3000, Rebel XS (500 and 500n) since they allow me to use cheaper AA batteries which are available anywhere. Thanks, Ramon
