Me! How's it going? I miss the Seests.

-- Anonymous, June 01, 2001

I do too. I tell you what, if the Seests were to ever be slammed, I'd be irate.

-- Anonymous, June 01, 2001

The LORD was looking out for you when you found the Seests.

Mayn, T, I guess it's just us now. I believe the MOC has already left for the day. They have "summer hours" on Fridays and have to come in at 7:30 but they leave at 11:30!!! Can you believe that?

Did you find any other good engagement stories after you found the Seests?

-- Anonymous, June 01, 2001

You know, I didn't. But I'm okay with that, because the Seests are all I need.

I just got of the phone with my friend Jodi - she's getting married in December. We talked at length about hydrangeas - her mother has a plant that grows both purple and fushia ones.

MOC on the way! YAY!

-- Anonymous, June 01, 2001

The hydrangea bushes at the house I grew up in grew both blue and purple.

Well, the MOC is flying in tonight. I believe he gets here around 6:15? I don't even know. I'm leaving here at four. I don't even ask to leave early anymore - isn't that awful? I just come in early, skip lunch, and assume that everyone is just going to know.

I mean, it's Friday. You'll be fine.

We're supposed to have dinner plans with a friend of Chris' - the guy who got married in FLorida last fall. We still hasn't called to confirm, though.

I want y'all to have dinner with the tuxedo-baby people. Hee! I love them.

-- Anonymous, June 01, 2001

I feel sad that poor Madeleine has neither a great big magnolia to climbe, nor hydrangeas to grow up with. I shall have to remedy that.

-- Anonymous, June 01, 2001

Yes, but Mad has the pond! And Sassy!

-- Anonymous, June 01, 2001

Ok, y'all. I'm about to say the most evil thing I've ever said.

Are you ready?

-- Anonymous, June 01, 2001

There is...

-- Anonymous, June 01, 2001

Oh, LORD.

-- Anonymous, June 01, 2001

LORD! Their ceremony was at 8 a.m.? Do y'all know what I'll be doing at 8 a.m. on May 25 next year? Sleeping, that's what.

-- Anonymous, June 01, 2001

Yes, yes.

I gave the wrong URL. The ring links are at the bottom of this page: http://members.aol.com/lscf70/

Y'all.... http://web.tampabay.rr.com/lisbobwed/index.html

And we thought the Monck/Seest union was funny.

-- Anonymous, June 01, 2001

Oh, but did you see http://www.poofsnotpuff.com? From the OU people? It's very funny.

"At this point he slides off the bench onto one knee and opens this box with a LIGHT IN IT and this glowing diamond. I think I just stared at it for 30 seconds before I spoke. He kept asking me.. "Is that a yes??" I finally snapped out of it and said yes! It was unbelievable."

Aaaaaaahhhhhhahahahaha!! Because, the princess named Melissa met her prince while both were working at the MADEIRA BEACH PUBLIX!!!

I cannot take it.

-- Anonymous, June 01, 2001

It's too much.

Did I tell y'all about that guy I used to date? His brother, bless his heart, married this shrew who insisted on having a Disney wedding AFTER their family/friends had been notified that the wedding would be in Michigan (where she had originally said she wanted to have the thing). THEN, they could only have 14 people at the wedding, so her groom, who had seven siblings, couldn't have them all at the wedding.

-- Anonymous, June 01, 2001

That is awful.

It makes me so happy that Chris's name-stealing ex got married on the beach at Disney. So happy. And that she has a tattoo on her butt.

Maybe SHE has a wedding web site... I should be so lucky...

It's so wrong for me to snark about her the way I do (never to Chris, though) but the girl was trash and, you know, she got all the good stuff. He proposed to her, he bought her a ring, blah blah blah. He probably doesn't want to do any of it again, and she ruined it!

-- Anonymous, June 01, 2001

I think he'll want to do it again because this time he'll be doing it with a woman with whom he knows he'll be able to share his life.

Actually, Al, I was hoping to find a site for the name-stealing wench.

-- Anonymous, June 01, 2001

Hee. Not that I would know her if I saw her. I've never seen a picture of her.

We can only hope to run across her.

-- Anonymous, June 01, 2001

Yep. I didn't see any Kathleen's there, unfortunately.

I wonder of there's a page at disney.com that has all the wedding info? Hmm...

-- Anonymous, June 01, 2001

Mayn, some of these are so bad, I can't even BELIEVE it. Why aren't these girls embarrassed to call themselves princesses? It's awful.

-- Anonymous, June 01, 2001

Is being FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT a prerequisite for belonging to this ring?

-- Anonymous, June 01, 2001

I mean, why does everything have to be so childish? Now, I LOVE Disney, ok? I am a member of their sunshiney army. They've brainwashed me for years and I love it and I love Disney World.

But, uh... do I think I'm Sleeping Beauty? I do not. Nor would I want to wear a mouse ear veil at my wedding, or at any other time.

-- Anonymous, June 01, 2001

I don't know what you're talking about, Allison.

I'm wearing my mouse ear veil RIGHT NOW. And singing PRAISES to Walt Disney.

What?

-- Anonymous, June 01, 2001

Y'ALL! The Seests redesigned!

-- Anonymous, June 01, 2001

They sure did. Man, Mrs. Seest is all about those little snowglobes she makes, isn't she?

Those kids are really cute. It must come from such good living. You know, walking daily in prayer with the LORD, and everything.

-- Anonymous, June 01, 2001

Listen, I think we should make an anonymous donation to the Seests or something. I lo...mmm them so much.

Read below. Bless her heart.

6-J Ranch is the official name of the farm Jennifer grew up on. Although it was more of a "hobby farm" than anything, when her parents purchased it in the early 70's, they decided it needed a name and "brand". The Monck family had 3 children: Johnny, Joann, & Jennifer. Our parents' names were Jack & Joan. In her kindergarten mind, Jennifer came up with the name: 6-J Ranch. You may say, as her mother did,"But, Jennifer, there are only FIVE J's in our family."; to which she replied with all of her 5 years of wisdom,"Oh, no. There are six:

Jack, Joan, Johnny, Joann, Jennifer, & JESUS!!!"

-- Anonymous, June 01, 2001

Y'all. JESUS!!!

-- Anonymous, June 01, 2001

Oh my LORD.

At the bottom of this page - http://www.angelfire.com/fl4/seests/ourfarm.htm - she has a link to a web ring called "Country Hearts for Jesus."

It will be, most definitely, the name of The Deputies first album.
