FIRM FORUM: S.803 The E-Government Act of 2001

The Federal Information and Records Management Council (FIRM) is pleased to announce a forum on S.803 The E-Government Act of 2001. Kevin Landy, a staff member from the Senate Governmental Affairs Committee, will speak on the purpose of the proposed legislation, the intended results, and potential impact upon Federal agencies. Owen Ambur will address information infrastructure issues, including the emerging development of eXtensible Markup Language (XML).
