Make a Rosy Potpourri If you have roses that are beginning to fade, pull off the petals and allow them to air-dry. When completely dried out, place them into a ginger jar and add a cinnamon stick or a couple of cloves and put the lid on. To enjoy the beautiful rosy scent, just take off the lid!

(I do this and still have some for several years ago!)
