I need of help. Just bought Dazzle(USB), learned how to capture videos from my VCR. Can anyone give me basic steps to create VCD after capturing video. What software do I need, if any? etc.

you will need to convert your captured video to vcd compliant mpeg. Than burn with cdr soft that supports VCD (Nero,Adaptec,Gearpro)
