Lack of youth as far as I'm concerned, but maybe that's like the crowd it represents.

Just got the official letter, along with the voting numbers for each candidate. Now I've got a grin on my face.

For the general section they had 5255 valid ballot papers returned. The 7th highest had 2388 votes, the 8th (the first to miss out) 2056 so it was fairly clear cut. I managed 2634 and got more votes than anyone else, and the only one over 50%.

Again thanks to you all.

There is going to be a piss up social for the committee to get to know each other in the next couple of weeks, then we'll get down to serious drinking issues after that.

Just been checking through who I voted for and I seem to have voted for most of those elected.

Glad to see that punter panelist David Paull didn't get i, he's sounds like a reet prat in the ronnie Gill.

I seem to recognise Micheal Murray and Simon Lindsay. Mac, ask them if they know me, the I'll have 3 claims to fame.

In the general section, I've been trying to analise why those that won did so. I reckon that the ones on the first page stood the best chance, then it was down to the ones that wern't ugly or looked like criminals. Infact I think mostof the voters went for the pictures rather than the statement.

I'll be standing for election next season, with my looks I'll walk straight n, especially as I'll be changing my name from Ian R Mills, to Aaron Ace .
