I can't take it anymore! Sub-standard customer service has become acceptable in so many businesses today. I am fighting back by writing a book containing bad customer service stories. The intention of the book is to open up the eyes of the purveyors of poor service and return us all to the standards of the proverbial good old days. For contrast, please include good customer service stories too. The working title is "Your business isn't making money because your customer service sucks!" or "Chicken croup for the sore".
