Ignoring Dougie Hall's ramblings, isn't it about time we had an aimless discussion surrounding how much money we really have to spend on players and of that fund, what can be siphoned off to pay for some training facilities/academy?

When does the sky money come in and is it a lump sum payment?

My guess is that we will spend £14 million on four players, with 2 of them accounting for at least 75% of that figure.

Where did you pluck that figure from Clarky (you never guess!). I believe we are due £26M or thereabouts to fall out of the Sky. We also "won" over £3M for finishing top of the bottom half of the EPL. So that's nearly £30M. Are you suggesting we will spend less than half on new acquisitions (excluding salaries)? What (if you dare) do you think the rest will be wasted spent on?
