Any anomalies actually absent, but appearing in the CA ISO chart, have apparantly been corrected. (Or, actual anomalies have been "corrected" and papered-over, depending on one's opinion of the ISO's integrity.)

If there is suspicion of the latter, evidence in the form of a saved web page, and corroborating evidence is requested. This author's opinion is that the ISO's integrity is uncompromised, except with regard to any Y2K Bug "cover up" issues that may arise.
