Does anyone know how to connect my PC to a TV set so I can play VCD on PC but shows on TV screen?

Help will be greatly appreciated.

The shortest way is by using a VGA card with composite and/or S-video output, aside from RGB . Most upscale AGP cards have this feature. If you don't want to replace your existing card that has no TV/video output you have to get an RGB-to-composite scan converter. You input RGB from your VGA card, then you connect the TV to the converter output. A well known maker of this is Corio.
