when i screw any filter on my 100mmm macro usm the flash doesn't fit it ... Does anybody have the same ploblem?

what is your way to protect the lens front in the situation like this?

Are you talking about the Macro Ring Lite?

I've seen adapters for different lens sizes to make them compatible with the Macro Ring Lite, but I'm not sure about the filter issue you describe.
