How come my shortcut to this forum no longer works??? I saw on the backup that Joy and earthmama couldn't get on either. The only way I could get here was to go to the CS forum and go to the bottom and go to the master list of forums and select this forum. Did it twice because my bookmark link won't work.

O.K., I tryed my old shortcut link the third time and couldn't get on so went back to CS and did the same thing. This time I put a new link in my favorites and it worked when I tryed it. Does anyone know what has happened??

Diane, same thing heppened to me, I had to go in from Lusenet's main forum list too, it worked when I re-added it to "favorites" then. How weird!!!

This happens from time to time but I don't have the foggiest as to why. I simply go in and delete my old shortcut, then go to the main Greenspun page and click on the forum I'd been having trouble with and then save a new shortcut.

It's frustrating but I don't know what's going on so can't resolve it. It's happened to me with other forums in the past here on Greenspun so it's not something unique to our forum. :-(

I don't think it's a problem with anyone's computer, guys. I have Webtv and have this forum "saved" in a special "folder" along with Lusenet's main list of forums. When I can't get here just by going to this saved folder I go to Lusenet and it goes right thru...most of the time. What do ya suppose....Gremlins??
