I have never understood the mathematics of polygamy. I mean, if John gets 5 wives, doesn't that mean that 4 other guys don't get any? Anyway, polygamy still exists--

You might find Polyamory.org to be an interesting contrast to the very rigid fundamentalist ideas of polygamy. Whole different way of looking at having loving relationships with more than one person.
