Anyone using BTAnytime? I`m finding that there are more and more long periods when I can`t connect using `anytime`. (All day yesterday for instance). Now I can connect, but I`m getting `this page is unavailable` on everything. Is anyone else having problems? I had to use our `mailbox` account to access this site.

Also, was the BBs down yesterday? (:o!

Me too.

I even phoned them to tell them how bad it was. The e-mail is the worst. I received an e-mail this morning sent to me at 13:30 yesterday.

I couldn't get into the bbs for ages, so now I don't know where the problem ws

I use BT Internet with Surftime (basically the same as yours except its only free off peak)

Recently it has been awful, took a good 90 minutes to connect the other night. I've just got into online games (Counterstike and the like) recently and you need a stable connection to be able to play. In the last week it has been anything but stable. Messages on the BT site saying there are "technical difficulites" which we hope to resolve "as soon as possible" is simply no good. I normally never see the messages anyway s I can't connect.

I'm also getting a lot more busy tones than with the original BT Internet £9.99 package

I am really disappointed with the service - they don`t seem to have got it right at all. (:o|
