When you see the "dollars spent on electricity by California's State Government" number climb at the rate of over $1000/sec., the term "FREE FALLING" comes to mind very quickly. How much longer is it now before CA hits the ground and goes "SPLAT?" Deju Vu 1999's "Y2K CountDown", at least for Californians!
