How to develop new Kodak film...Cosmor 400 ?

greenspun.com : LUSENET : B&W Photo - Film & Processing : One Thread

I received a film from one of my contract jobs...it is Kodak Cosmos 400 film...I have never heard of it before and cannot find info on it on the Kodak web site...I was wondering if anyone knows of this film and how to process it...I keep T-max and D-76 developers in my darkroom...I could probably scrounge up some Microdol-X as well...Help!

?!? Is it colour or black&white or is it b&w intended for C-41 processing? The only new Kodak films we have in Germany are colour negative (Supra, Portra) and "Farbwelt". The latter one with colours set up for German/Austrian taste! (I'm glad I do b&w) I would try split D-76 as it will develop most films at 4+4 mins.

Ashcan the "Cosmor" and use film you are familiar with. Going into a shoot with an unknown as big as the film you are using would destroy my self-confidence. Regards, ;^D)
