Do you think the Robson outburst had more to do with shaking the board than it did hitting back at fans? Surely Bobby has heard it all before? I´m wondering whether this isn't a little trick aimed at freeing some cash...

No, I think it was aimed at the fan who wrote that we should get rid of Speed, Barton Shearer and Lee. Robson looked and sounded genuinely pissed off with it all and if fir Robson would pick these four just to rub it in!

The Board know the restrictions which Bobby has worked to and they will know more than anyone what kind of job he has done and what an be expected of him in the future.

I believe there was more than just a bit of that outburst aimed at (or due to) the board. Will it make any difference? Dunno. Maybe venting his anger so publicly will shake them into action.

Bobbby thinks that the fans are against him and he may well tell us to eff off. He wouldn't have left us in the lurch after recently rescuing us if he didn't think the fans wanted him out.
