Asus 7700 w/tvr connect to vcr using compsite to svideo.Use Asus live,Virtual Dub, and Win VCR not a picture on either one/or sound .When first time it worked/reboot system didn.t work please help.

older card and it worked fine. Check for updated drivers for all cards in computer on manufacturers site. I assume you have checked for conflicts in the device manager tab of the system section of the control panel.
