The name of the Poem is "A Valentine". Frances Sargent Osgood was a fellow poet, who supported and admired Poe. Their relationship was based on respect and admiration more than romance.

She was also a welcome guest of the family. Her own husband was not faithful though she had (several?) children and otherwise tended to a happy, innocent disposition, unlike some of the more wily groupies after Poe. Some hint that Virginia thought it might be good for Fanny to replace her after her death?

No hint whatsoever than there anything other than friendship though Poe really longed for a fellow poet to share his work. Fanny did not live long after Poe. Griswold was jealous of their attachment and more obviously intended to court her. The infamous Griswold took it upon himself to promote the heritage of both as a close "friend", basking in the sentimental glory while sabotaging Poe's reputation.
