As you know, I firmly believe it was ezboard's initial and long-lasting attitude that turned a lot of people off. Even after people gently and not-so-gently pointed out that Vanchau was being arrogant and demanding and kept changing the rules, he persisted, maybe even got a little worse. It's a bit too late to soften up now. I'm sorry that their revenues are not what they hope--it seemed for a while they they were going to make it.
