Need help with the Theme of Romanticism on POE's poems

Try www.eapoe.com on the subject Dark Romanticism so as not to limit your interpretation to the love story angle. Nearly ALL the poems exhibit the romantic school of contemporary thought(much broader than our limited use of the term nowadays). Read Poe's essays and literary critiques of other famous "Romantic" writers such as Coleridge. The Haunted Palace, The City in the Sea and The Bells also express the romantic probings of deep emotion as does To Helen and Coliseum.
