Can anyone tell me what the number (letters) are for the front slotted lenscap that fits over the reversed lenshood on a 90TE?

The metal hood itself is 12575. But my references don't refer to a slotted cap at all. Sorry I can't provide more.

I checked my 50mm Summilux which has a similar hood/cap arrangement, though Summilux takes a 43mm dia filter, whereas the 90mm TE takes a 39mm dia flter.

For the 50, the hood is 12586 with a 54mm dia 14163 slotted plastic cap.

For the 90, the hood is 12575. I'm "guessing" you're looking for a slotted plastic cap about 49 or 50mm dia with a 141?? number.

If I find more I'll post it.

A Leica E55 snap-cap will fit the front of the hood un-reversed. The reversed hood gets a 14033. The folding rubber hood takes a 11252.
