I deeply resent this pointy-head BS.

Adn, of course, from someone the perspective of an attorney who is not a criminal defense lawyer (no oxymoron jokes, please), I'd say that allowing psychiatric professionals to attempt to "quantify" and testify regarding moral value judgments is the height of "evil."

I have directed the MS R&D Dept to develope S/W that quantifies evil. This should be a simple engineering problem. Merely enter the descriptors of the crime, run the data thru an optimization algorithm comprised of a matrix of weighting factors that have been determined by the best and the brightest and voila, a quantified determination of evil.Trivial, a piece of cake.
