Hi yal. Well I've been lurking around here almost since you started this site. I've really enjoyed the posts. I've been posting some on CS. I got my computer in January and the first place I went was to CS, I've loved that mag for several years. My husband Brian and I live in Arkansas. We have a little 4 acre mini farm. We live simple country lives, I stay home and honey works for himself as a electrician/handy man. We try to raise as much of our own food as possble and do it as organically as possible. I am not a fundamental christian, don't think I would be classified as one at all. I know that god is present in all things and that I have walked on this earth many times. I didn't know that I was pagan until I read your post. The word pagan is about like witch here in the bible belt. Well I better get on with my chores, I hear my girls wanting to be fed and milked. Welcome to you, Sherry! You'll find that the folks are really nice here...kinda like sittin' around the woodstove and chewing the fat. I'm rather new here also. Got my Webtv on 12/31/00 and on 1/1/01 I was on the CS site. Still VERY computer illiterate, tho'. I'm in Maine, and like you, stay at home and raise the food. Hubby and son run a small auto repair service. Nice to have you with us!

My cousin is an electrician/handy man, and his wife erected a sign by their front door...it was in verse, and I don't remember it now, which is too bad, because it was really cute. To the effect that the doorbell didn't work, her husband was an electrician, and he was always off doing someone else's work. It hung there for 14 years! Hopefully your life is more organized!

Thanks for the warm welcome. Yep I've got goats and I love them.I've got Saanan, Oberhasli, nubian boer cross,and a boer buck. We did have around 30 after kidding but we've been selling some the past couple of weeks. That's to many goats for our little place, we feed lots of hay. Is Yellville in Newton county, or have I got my counties mixed up. We live close to Heber Springs. When I come home a little while ago and checked my email and got all yals response it made my day. :)
