Didn't we do this once before - not selling Barton but the training ground at Castle Leazes (always the spiriual home of wor training facilities as far as I was concerned).

Well if they've decided to pay £170 million for their training ground we should get a few bob for our Warren, say, £20 million??

Or perhaps we could sell Madrid Council our stadium for £250 million and we could build a level one and buy a new team! Anyone got the phone number, where's Swift? Tell him to get himself over to Madrid!
